How Backfield Protects Data

Backfield applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect user data. Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS), and access to systems is limited to authorized workflows.

Authentication and Account Safety

Account access is tied to verified login flows. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and should contact support immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

Infrastructure and Service Providers

Backfield uses third-party infrastructure and processing providers to operate app features. Providers are expected to maintain appropriate security controls for the services they deliver.

Incident Reporting

If you believe there is a security issue related to your account or data, contact us as soon as possible at support@backfield.ai or kevin@backfield.ai.

Important Notice

No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Backfield continuously works to improve safeguards and respond to risks.
